We believe clarity is non-negotiable.
That’s why we’ve put together a handful of key policies—covering consultations, cancellations, payments, privacy, and more—to keep every visit running seamlessly and safely. A quick read before booking means fewer surprises later and helps us stay laser-focused on your results.
Consultations
Consultations are complimentary, and there is no fee to meet with our team. However, a valid credit card is required to book and hold your appointment.
A $50 fee will only be charged if you fail to show or cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice in accordance with our cancellation policy. This helps us continue offering dedicated, no-pressure consultations to all potential clients.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early if you need to complete intake forms.
If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule or modify your service out of respect for the next client.
We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but arriving late may result in a shortened or forfeited appointment.

- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged $50 of the scheduled service fee to the card on file.

- Three (3) no-shows within a 12-month period may result in dismissal from the practice.
